BRIEF: Police: Missing 14-year-old found safe

Nov. 02--A 14-year-old girl who has been missing for a week from the Northwest Side was safely found Sunday evening, Chicago police said.

Jayla Martinez went missing from the 4900 block of North Newcastle Avenue on Oct. 24, police said.

No other information was available.
