Bridgerton star Sabrina Bartlett has announced her engagement to Australian businessman Lachie Stewart.
The actress, 33, who played Siena Russo in the Netflix hit, quietly dropped the news while sharing a photo of herself and Stewart looking glamorous at a black-tie event during a trip to Perth, Australia.
Bartlett flashed a diamond ring on her engagement finger in a snap taken on a lavish terrace, which she cheekily captioned, “Lach’d in” followed by a ring emoji.
The second photo was a selfie of the couple, with the actress pulling a funny face with a glass of champagne while holding her ring finger up to the camera.
Fellow Bridgerton star Jessica Madsen commented: “Ahhhhhhhhhhhh amazing, huge congrats my love xxxxxxx.”
Bartlett also showcased the jewellery while posing with Stewart at the premiere of David Attenborough’s new environmental film, Ocean, last week.
The Game Of Thrones star previously dated actor Tom Greaves until their split in 2021 after three years together.
Bartlett and Greaves lived together at a flat in East London and after the split she moved into her parents’ seaside home in Kent, Daily Mail reported.
A source claimed at the time that they had been “very much in love”, but added: “He is ten years older. Things just didn’t work out. She is living with her parents while Tom has moved on.”
Bartlett appeared in series one of Bridgerton as opera singer Siena who had a forbidden romance with Viscount Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey).
They had a tumultuous romance on the period drama, with Anthony’s mother Viscountess Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell) insisting the pair couldn’t be together.
Anthony ended the relationship and Siena went on to find a new man, although Anthony later returned to profess his love.
By that time, Siena claimed it was too late and refused to rekindle their romance.
Bartlett first found fame playing Mariette Larkin in a remake of the ITV drama, The Darling Buds of May based on the 1958 H.E Bates novel.
It was the role that originally catapulted Catherine Zeta Jones into the spotlight.
