Bridgeton hunk Rege-Jean Page will be making a special appearance on CBeebies to the delight of parents everywhere.
The Netflix star, 31, will read stories to toddlers on the channel's Bedtime Stories programme for a Mother's Day special this weekend.
Rege-Jean shot to fame as the Duke of Hastings on the streaming giant's period drama, which has become one of their most watched shows of all time.
He will read Rain Before Rainbows by Smriti Halls, which tells the story of a little girl and her fox friend as they travel from "a place of loss and despair, towards the hope of colour, light and life".
The characters learn that with courage and the help of friends, they can always find their way out of the darkness.
Stars including Rag'n'Bone Man, Felicity Jones and Tom Hardy, who has made several appearances on Bedtime Stories, are also reading to children on the show this week.
His appearance on Bedtime Stories will be hugely different to the show Rege-Jean became famous for.
The actor's Bridgerton character the Duke of Hastings frequently featured in the show's steamiest sex scenes.
The Duke played the love interest of the leading lady Daphne Bridgerton, played by Phoebe Dynevor.
Daphne planned to pretend to be dating the Duke in order to make other suitors jealous, while the Duke played his part in the deal so he didn't have to get married for real.
And, spoiler alert, the duo fell in love and got married.
A second series has already been confirmed and it will focus on the love life of Daphne's brother Anthony Bridgerton, played by Jonathan Bailey.
