Bride's genius trick to go to loo in her wedding dress - using a 50p IKEA blue bag

Bridesmaids have many important roles at a wedding - helping the bride get ready, keeping her calm and making sure everything runs smoothly.

But there's another thing they have to be on hand to do through the celebrations - help the woman of the day go to the loo.

Wedding dresses are designed to look beautiful and make the bride feel fantastic, but this often means they're not exactly practical.

But one woman has impressed people with her clever hack for protecting her dress - and all she needed was a 50p IKEA bag.

She used one of the famous sturdy blue bags to hold all of her dress, putting the material straps over her shoulders, reports the Sun.

By removing the bottom, she was able to simply step inside and pull it up, gathering all the dress as she did so.

Sharing the photos on Facebook , she wrote: "I was really worried about going to the bathroom and not being able to… handle myself.

"Not being able to have free hands to use the toilet paper? Or even worse if my period decides to show? NO WAY!

"Some stuff like this bridal bathroom helper exists but are expensive just because it is wedding related.

"My bridal bathroom helper hack costs about 0.80 euro and I did it the day before my wedding.

"It took only 3 minutes.

She's not the first bride to discover the trick, and last year another bride made the headlines doing the same thing - so it's definitely worth a try!
