Bride orders wedding dress online - ends up with a 'Halloween costume'

For brides-to-be, looking for a wedding dress can be both stressful and expensive. That said, buying online can seem like a good solution - albeit a risky one.

Unfortunately, the risk didn't pay off for one bride, who ended up with something that resembled a 'Halloween costume' when she ordered a dress off the internet.

The disappointed bride shared her outfit fail on Instagram, and left social media users in stitches.

The dress she thought she'd ordered was a beautiful lace number with a cascading skirt and beautiful detailing.

However, she received something that looked completely different, which featured two very questionable boob cupholders.

Writing underneath a side-by-side picture of the dress she thought she'd ordered and the dress she got the woman captioned her post: "Online order fail. #onlineorderfail  #no  #why  #weddingfail don't worry though a new better dress has been purchased."

"That looks NOTHING like the picture wth," blasted one Instagram user.

Another said: "Omg no way!!!! So funny, how could someone even ship that lol."

"Look on the bright side...you got yourself a Halloween costume now. Make the boob pads seashells and paint the dress green and boom you’re Ariel! Glad you were able to get a laugh out of this. Weddings can be stressful!" said another kind social media user.

Maybe stick to the high street next time.
