Bride left fuming after bridesmaids turn up in matching Crocs - despite no-Crocs order

It's fair to say that relationships between brides-to-be and bridesmaids can be somewhat tested in the run-up to a wedding.

There's a lot of pressure on bridesmaids to be the best friend they can to the bride; sorting out the hen do, looking pretty - but not too pretty - on the big day, and making sure it all goes smoothly for the bride-to-be.

And, of course, there's an enormous amount of pressure on the soon-to-be wife, because, you know, it's the biggest day of her life and all that.

So, you'd expect that if a group of bridesmaids all collectively decided to play a prank on the bride on her big day, there's a pretty good chance she might not have a sense of humour about it.

One bridal party have come under fire on TikTok after they all turned up in matching Crocs on the day of the wedding, despite a strict Croc-ban from the bride.

Gaby Rojas shared a clip of herself and five other bridesmaids, all wearing beautiful purple gowns and matching lilac Crocs, as they prepare to surprise the bride, who looks, well, less than impressed.

While some have argued it was only a harmless joke, other TikTok users have slammed the bridal group, claiming it's a "disrespectful" thing to do to a bride on her wedding day.

"They simply wouldn't be in my pictures," one woman commented, "and I mean that as disrespectfully as possible."

"I hope you all brought a change of shoes. The disrespect is real... You would not be in my pictures, it's not hard to respect wishes," another commented.

A third added: "If it wasn't a joke and they didn't bring any other shoes I would unfriend them so fast."

"She looks so upset. If anyone did that at my wedding they'd be uninvited," a fourth commented.

In a follow up video, Gaby confirmed that they did in fact bring heels to wear for the ceremony. Phew.

What do you think? Disrespectful or funny, let us know in the comments...
