Bridal party picture released by police in attempt to return stolen USB

An image of a beaming bride and her two bridesmaids has gone viral as Queensland police search to find the rightful owner of the USB they were found on.

The image was one of a number of family photographs found on the USB, allegedly stolen by a 19-year-old man in the Logan area, south of Brisbane, some time in the past two months.

Police released the one image in the hope of identifying the women pictured and returning the photographs to their rightful owner.

Since being posted to Facebook on Monday night, the image has been shared more than 7,100 times.

They are appealing for anyone who may recognise the women in the photo to contact Policelink on 131 444.

Police said the 19-year-old Marsden man was charged with 27 offences including entering premises with intent to commit an indictable offence, being in premises and committing an indictable offence, stealing, burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and possession of dangerous drugs.

He appeared in court earlier this month.
