Police are appealing for witnesses after a brick was thrown through a bus window 'narrowly missing a baby'.
Officers in Stockport say they want to speak to four teenagers who were seen in the area at the time.
The attack took place at 5.10pm on September 11, on Mauldeth Road, Heaton Moor, close to the entrance to Heaton Moor golf club on a number 25 Stagecoach bus heading towards Stockport.
A post on the GMP Heatons and Reddish Facebook page says: "Area officers are appealing for witnesses after a brick was thrown through a bus window narrowly missing a baby.

"The incident involved a No.25 stagecoach bus heading towards Stockport and occurred at approximately 5.10pm on September 11 on Mauldeth Road, Heaton Moor, near to the entrance of the golf course.
"Officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and to four teenagers who were seen in the area at the time."
A Stagecoach spokesperson said: "Fortunately, nobody was hurt but this naturally caused distress to the passengers and staff onboard.
"The safety and wellbeing of our customers and drivers is our number one priority, so we are working closely with Greater Manchester Police and TravelSafe to find the perpetrators and ensure that incidents like this do not happen again."
