When officers arrived, they saw the window had been smashed and several items had been taken, the full value of which is yet to have been established.

Inspector Simon Riley, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “It is totally unacceptable that someone would do this and we are committed to finding those responsible. We will be following all lines of enquiry available to us to try and identify those responsible

“We work closely with businesses in the area to ensure that they are properly supported by officers.

“Not only has this incident had a financial impact on the business but it is also incredibly worrying for the staff that work there and we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour.

“I would urge anyone who has any information on what happened to get in touch with us as soon as possible on 101 quoting incident number 141 of 18 July 2021.”
