Hamilton will be without manager Brian Rice for two of their crucial remaining games after he was hit with a four-match ban.
The Accies boss launched an extraordinary attack on referees following his side's 3-0 loss to St Mirren.
Rice also took aim at Crawford Allan and the SFA, insisting his concerns are ignored "because we're only Hamilton".
That's led to a four-match ban from the governing body, with two of those games suspended.
An Accies statement said: "Following today’s SFA disciplinary hearing the club can announce that Head Coach Brian Rice has received a four match touchline ban, two of which is suspended.
"Neither the club nor Brian will make any further comment on the matter."
And it means Hamilton will be without their manager for relegation six-pointers against St Mirren and Ross County.
Rice will be back on the touchline for the final game against Kilmarnock as his team look to beat the drop.
But his absence will be keenly felt as Accies look to climb off the bottom of the table.
Ross County boss John Hughes has also been cited by the SFA for backing up Rice.
Hughes claimed his side had suffered even worse when it has come to big decisions this week.
