Brian McFadden unveiled his secret shame as he admitted he wet himself on SM:TV Live.
In a moment that's become iconic, the former Westlife star laughed so much that he weed himself.
In a sketch on the hit 90s Saturday morning show, Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly were performing their Pokemon sketch, with Dec in drag as character Misty, when the boy band came onto the stage performing their hit Flying Without Wings.
Dec left Brian in stitches as he repeatedly screamed his name and told him he loved him, running around the stage losing control.
He then ripped his T-shirt off to reveal one underneath with Brian's face printed on it before fainting in his presence.
Chatting about the character on The Story of SM:TV Live, Ant said: "She liked Brian a lot, she was obsessed by him."
Appearing on the show to look back on the now-famous sketch, singer Brian said: "We were just told, the boys are going to do their little Pokemon sketch and what we need you to do is, the five of you come out behind the boys while they're doing it and sing a little bit of Flying Without Wings, that's all I was told."
But there was much more to it.
He went on: "Next thing, Dec rips off his top and he's got a picture of my face on his chest, and I just lost it, I literally could not hold it together and I've never laughed so much.
"I'm not going to lie, a little pee came out, just a little bit of pee came out I laughed that hard."
Brian confessed that 20 years on, fans still regularly tweet videos of the moment to him to share in the laughter.
"It's one of the funniest moments I've ever been involved in on TV," he said.
It's a moment from the show that still leaves people in stitches.
