Theresa May held "robust but constructive" talks with European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker in Brussels as she sought changes to her Brexit deal.

Mrs May is now preparing for talks with European Council president Donald Tusk, who triggered a spat after saying there was a “special place in hell” for those who pushed for Brexit without a plan.
