A Scottish judge has today dismissed a move to force Boris Johnson to ask for a Brexit delay.
The Court of Session ruled that Mr Johnson will not have to write to the EU requesting an Article 50 extension by October 19 if he fails to get a deal.
The PM is expected to call European leaders in the coming days in an attempt to save his revised Brexit blueprint.
In Westminster, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is meeting other opposition party leaders to scrutinise the government's new proposals.
