
Downing Street has insisted next week's Commons vote on the Brexit deal will go ahead despite intense pressure on the PM to delay the showdown.
After a number of cabinet ministers reportedly tried to persuade the PM to put off the vote, leading Tory backbencher Sir Graham Brady also weighed in, urging “clarity” on the controversial Irish border backstop.
It comes as a legal challenge by a group of British expats hoping to halt Brexit because of "corrupt and illegal practices" by pro-Leave organisations will be heard by the High Court on Friday.
Mrs May will send 30 ministers across the UK in a bid to drum up support for her Brexit deal.
