Ireland and the UK were among the first countries to vote in the European parliament elections. Results in both countries were radically different with pro-Brexit forces winning big in the UK and pro-European parties holding the fort in Ireland. RFI was at the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in a region where a “hard Brexit” will be felt more than in any other place in Europe.
