Brexit Day in Belfast - what do the public think?

Brexit Day finally came with a bit of a whimper - but what do the people of Belfast think of it all?

Belfast Live took to the streets to ask people what they thought, if they cared and what they thought the outcomes of Brexit would be - good and bad.

From the people we spoke to, there was a general feeling of relief that the talking had stopped.

But, people were divided on how people and Northern Ireland would be affected.

One told us: "I think it's wonderful. We are going to have our own laws, we're going to look after our fisheries, we are going to be back with the British people.

But another added: "I think it's one of the most foolish things the country has ever done."
