Looking for any dog friendly events where you can also enjoy a nice beer?
You won't find a better fit than Dogtoberfest, a fun event hosted by the Brewhemia bar on Market Street.
Along with Dofos pet shop, they'll be celebrating Oktoberfest with a canine twist on Sunday, September 22.
The £10 ticket will get you and your hound a beer, pretzel and a doggy bag.
There's even a special "Bottom Sniffer" beer for dogs to drink.
Brewhemia are also holding a "best dressed dog" competition, and since it's Oktoberfest a German theme is encouraged. (hopefully German Shepherds won't have too much of an advantage)
