Brewdog is giving away free packs of beer to Scots drinkers

Brewdog is hoping to cure the early 2021 blues as the Scottish brewer gives away free beer to all of its fans.

Beer aficionados will be able to get their hands on a free four pack of the brand’s new Lost Lager.

The firm says that the product is the world’s only carbon negative lager - and it will plant a tree in their forest for every four pack claimed in the promotion.

Posting on their social media, Brewdog said: “2021 has been tough so far.

“So we’re giving everyone in the UK the chance to get a free four pack of our amazing new beer, Lost Lager.

“Lost is the world’s only carbon negative lager - we’ll plant a tree in our forest for every four pack claimed.”

Scots can claim their free pack of the new lager over here - but you may have a wait on your hands once you get there.

The promotion has been extremely popular among punters, so Brewdog has put an online queuing system in place to keep up to ensure its website doesn’t crash.

Currently, there’s more than 99,000 people in queue for the free booze with an estimated wait time of over an hour.

But they have reassured fans that they have plenty of the new product in the tank.
