On Wednesday, former Vikings defensive end Brian Robison officially announced his retirement from the NFL.
Former Vikings players, like John Randle, were on hand to attend.
Brett Favre, who was teammates with Robison from 2009-10, was not there. But did get Robison a pretty funny gift. Favre sent a signed photo of Robison sacking Favre when Favre was with the Packers. Robison was the last Viking to sack Favre as a Packer.
Favre notes, “You lucky I tripped!”
Good sense of humor from Favre. And even better career for Robison.
In his 11-year career, Robison finished with 60 career sacks, a mark that ranks tied for fifth in Vikings history.
