Thomas Frank has a midfield dilemma to solve ahead of tonight’s Championship play-off final against Fulham.
The Dane has a full squad to choose from for the Wembley clash, meaning he must decide which two of Mathias Jensen, Josh Dasilva and Emiliano Marcondes play either side of Christian Norgaard in midfield.
Former Arsenal academy youngster Dasilva has been one of the Bees’ key men this season, scoring ten goals from midfield.
However, he was left on the bench for the second leg of the semi-final meeting with Swansea, which Brentford won 3-1 to overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit.
Jensen set up Ollie Watkins’ opening goal in that game with a stunning through ball and was singled out for praise by Frank in his post-match interview, having had perhaps his best game for the club.
Marcondes, meanwhile, spent the first half of the season on loan in his native Denmark as he struggled to settle into life in English football, but has been a revelation since the restart and scored against the Swans.
His ability to impact games off the bench could end up counting against him, however.

Predicted Brentford predicted XI (4-3-3): Raya; Dalsgaard, Jansson, Pinnock, Henry; Norgaard, Jensen, Dasilva; Benrahma, Mbuemo, Watkins
