Brentford vs Manchester City: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, h2h, team news for Premier League

After Liverpool slipped up against Leicester, Manchester City can extend their lead over the Reds to nine points when they face Brentford tonight.

Liverpool lost 1-0 at Leicester and City are looking to end 2021 with their 10th straight Premier League win.

Brentford are out to claim another big scalp, having already beaten Arsenal 2-0 and held Liverpool to a 3-3 draw at home this season.

City, however, are on a nine-game winning streak in the league and have scored 17 goals in their previous three matches.

A 6-3 win over Leicester last time out came despite almost letting a four-goal lead slip, whereas Brentford fell to a 2-0 defeat at Brighton that could not be rescued with a late rally.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Brentford vs Man City is scheduled for an 8.15pm GMT kick-off on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Brentford Community Stadium will host the first Premier League meeting between the two teams.
