The new Premier League season gets underway this evening as Brentford host Arsenal.

Competing in the top flight for the first time in 74 years, the Bees have bolstered their squad with the signings of Frank Onyeka and Kristoffer Ajer as the club tests its innovative methods against England’s best.

Much of the responsibility for their success this season rests on the shoulders of striker Ivan Toney, whose 33 goals in the Championship last season were vital as Brentford defeated Swansea in the play-off final.

The match will get underway at 8pm on Friday 13 August 13 at the Brentford Community Stadium.
