Brentford defender hell bent on 'revenge' when Leeds United visit

Brentford centre-half Julian Jeanvier says he's looking for "revenge" when Leeds United visit Griffin Park on Tuesday evening.

The Frenchman has been a regular fixture in the Bees backline in recent weeks and scored the opener in their 3-2 win over Middlesbrough at the weekend.

Speaking on Brentford's official YouTube channel, Jeanvier revealed that he was unhappy with the manner in which Brentford lost 1-0 at Elland Road in August and he's looking to put that right in the reverse fixture.

Thomas Frank's men come into the game in better form, while Leeds have lost in four of their last five outings and would be leapfrogged by the hosts with a defeat, the first time since October that they'll have been outside the automatic promotion positions.

"It's going to be a good game," he said.

"One of the best teams in the league but I think we are, as well.

"I think we need revenge because the first game away was a bit strange, you know?

"We deserved better than a loss so we're going to be focused and do how we know how to do."
