Former Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has been known over the years to extol the virtues of those who thrive under his stewardship.
The Irishman has a steely resolve but his managerial MO is about empowering those who play under him with his passing style based on confidence and belief.
And Odsonne Edouard appears primed to once again work closely at Leicester City with the man who brought him to British football and developed his skills in Glasgow.
The pair spent 18 months together at Celtic and Record Spor t first revealed in January 2020 that Rodgers was hell-bent on bringing the former Paris Saint-Germain striker to the English Premier League.
He's had to bide his time but a £15m deal now appears set and the Foxes boss gets the chance to renew his relationship with "the best boy I've ever worked with".
It's high praise, that's for sure, but Edouard's brilliance working alongside Rodgers was there for all to see and he never really looked back after netting the winner against Rangers in March 2018.

That goal was part of a red-hot end to his first season in Glasgow and convinced Celtic to break their transfer record and sign their talisman on a permanent deal for £9m.
Rodgers has found something special in Nigerian international Kelechi Iheanacho and Jamie Vardy is one of the finest Premier League strikers of his generation but there's no doubt that Edouard offers an X-factor.
The Leicester boss even bracketed Edouard in the same class as Wesley Fofana and Phillipe Coutinho earlier this year.
He said: "Lee (Congerton) came to me and he said the same thing he’d said about Philippe Coutinho when I was a young coach at Chelsea. He told me the same thing about Odsonne Edouard at Celtic. These are young players who are top players.”
The 23-year-old is coming off a below-par season but he still netted 22 goals in all competitions despite Celtic falling apart at the seams.
And now he gets the chance to join a team who specialise in signing players at the right time and for the right fee.
He is set to be joined at the King Power Stadium by close friend and France U21 colleague Boubakary Soumaré with the all-action midfielder closing in on £30m move from Lille.
There is risk with every transfer but it appears likely Edouard has every opportunity to succeed with Leicester.
A familiarity with Rodgers and his staff coupled with playing alongside other players who are also young and ambitious.
Edouard has been linked with teams with bigger clout than the Foxes but even with Champions League off the table, it still appears a partnership that's set to blossom.
Especially with Rodgers' kind words ringing in his ears as he gets set to put pen to paper.
