Brendan Rodgers answers Kasper Dolberg question after Celtic's Ibrox draw

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has addressed transfer links to Kasper Dolberg after his side's goalless draw against Rangers at Ibrox today.

The Glasgow rivals played out a dull affair in Govan.

With the transfer window due to shut in Scotland at 11pm on Monday, attention has now naturally turned to incomings and outgoings.

Speaking post-match to Sky Sports, Rodgers was asked directly about Celtic's links to Dolberg, and if there has been any progression on a deal for the Anderlecht striker: "I don't know," he replied. "I'll speak to the guys afterwards on where we're at.

"There's a number of areas where we need to freshen up and I hope we can do that."

Striker Adam Idah is reportedly closing in on a £7million move to English Championship side Swansea City.

The Irishman wasn't in his side's squad at Ibrox this afternoon.

"I would think so," Rodgers said when asked if Idah's departure will be made official in the next 24 hours. "But I'll get an update after today."

Celtic are next in action in a fortnight when they travel to face Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
