TUI has announced it will reopen some of its stores on July 6.
The UK's biggest tour operator has confirmed they will reopen a "selection" of shops across the UK.
The stores will have a series of coronavirus safety measures in place including social distancing floor markers, fewer desks and Perspex screens.
It will mean that the travel agent will be able to customers find and book a holiday in person or answer any questions they may have about existing bookings.
However, travel money services won’t be available, and only card payments will be accepted.
Thousands of customer have had problems getting refunds for holidays cancelled and the re-opening of stores now means that they may finally be able to resolve any issues face-to-face with TUI staff.

The announcement comes after the tour operator said yesterday that it would be cancelling holidays and flights to Greece for thousands of customers.
They had planned on resuming holidays to eight destinations from July 11 following the coronavirus lockdown.
Brits were due to fly to Corfu, Crete, Kos and Rhodes from TUI’s three biggest UK airports, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham.
But following reports that Greece has now extended its ban on flights from the UK until July 15 the UK's biggest tour operator has been forced to cancel holidays and flights.
A spokesperson for TUI said: “In accordance with updated advice from the Greek Government, our planned flights to Greece between 11-14 July won’t go ahead.
When we announced our plans to re-start summer holidays, we always said they were subject to Government guidelines. We’ll continue to monitor these and update our holiday programme as needed.”
