Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has been named The Best men's coach by FIFA following his remarkable 2021.
The German tactician took over at Stamford Bridge less than a year ago, sensationally guiding the Blues to success in the Champions League and Super Cup.
Tuchel beat out Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and Italy 's Robert Mancini, and was handed the award by legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
The 48-year-old was also recognised by UEFA in August, also being named men's coach of the year.

At Monday's virtual ceremony in Zurich, Tuchel also saw Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy win the goalkeeping award.
Meanwhile, fellow Blues boss Emma Hayes won the women's coach award to make it a clean sweep for the west Londoners.
Upon accepting the award, Tuchel said: "I enjoy the journey and I enjoy the club. At the moment, this is a good fit.
"The company on the journey is so, so good. I'm grateful to have such support around me and to feel so good in such a competitive club.
"We've lost a bit of ground to Manchester City in the league but in any other competitions, we still follow our goals.
"We try to be the best version of ourselves and compete on the highest level.
"I'm a huge admirer of Arsene Wenger's work so it's exciting to be here and to have this little talk."
On claiming victory like Hayes, the former Mainz, Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain gaffer added: "Yeah, unbelievable.
"Big congratulations to Emma and all her staff, and all the women teams.
"They're doing an amazing job, of course we're in a competitive club and I think she's as proud of me.
"I think we try to contribute as much as possible."

Mendy is evidently a big fan of his boss, telling his club's website in August: "The idea of a group is something that the coach has directly established.
"It is something that got stronger with good results. We saw that when we gave great performances. Every time we gave great performances, they were great collective performances.
"So, that shows you that we have only succeeded as a team, and that forges closer bonds between us. On the pitch, we play for our brothers because we are a family, and we do things as a family."
