A teenager died after being stabbed in a city centre in the early hours of Sunday morning.
West Yorkshire Police have launched a murder investigation after the 19-year-old was killed in Bradford city centre.
His friend, also 19, is believed to be in hospital with serious injuries
He is described as being “critical but stable”.
A large stretch of the city centre was taped off by police in the early hours of this morning.
Shoppers and business owners woke up to find Piccadilly cordoned off with officers from West Yorkshire Police on the scene in large numbers.

One 21-year-old female shop worker said the area could be scary to be in at night.
"There’s a lot of drugs around here," she told The Mirror.
"I do walk through there at night but with fear inside.”
The incident is believed to have happened at 5am on Sunday.
Forensic officers could be seen working within the cordon throughout the morning.
They appeared to be taking pictures of blood on the doorstep of a jewellery shop.
Six green markers have been placed nearby.
A police spokesperson said a “serious incident has occurred at this location overnight”.
