The A82 has been closed at Loch Lomondside after a serious road accident near Luss.
Emergency services are at the scene of the incident, which was reported shortly after 3pm on Friday, March 29.
It is understood to have involved a car and a minibus.
Police have closed the northbound and southbound carriageways south of Luss.
A police spokeswoman said: "Police were called to a serious road accident on the A82 near Luss at around 2.50pm.
"The incident involves a car and a minibus. Emergency services remain on the scene. The road is closed in both directions."
According to Traffic Scotland on Twitter there are delays of up to 45 minutes.
