Notts County has been sold to Alexander and Christoffer Reedtz, the club have confirmed.
The Danish brothers, who together own statistical footballing website Football Radar, have visited Meadow Lane today to complete the deal, brining to an end the club's takeover saga.
Earlier, NottinghamshireLive revealed that the deal had been completed and now the pair have taken to the club's official website to confirm that reports are true and to outline their plans to see Notts County survive, thrive and in their words: "Win an awful lot of football matches!"
"It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce today that we are the new owners of Notts County Football Club," the statement read.
"We are delighted that the deal has been completed, and that the uncertainty about the club’s future has come to an end.
"We can now all shift our focus towards the exciting new football season which is just around the corner."
