Paul Pogba forced off with injury in Man Utd's clash with Everton

Paul Pogba has been forced off with an injury in Manchester United's Premier League clash with Everton.

The France international pulled up after playing a ball to Victor Lindelof after apparently injuring his right thigh.

The World Cup winner was replaced by Fred.

Pogba has been on his best run of form in a Manchester United shirt this season, and has featured 27 times in all competitions.

Pogba was in the scoresheet in United's recent win over Burnley, as the Red Devils ran out 1-0 winners at Turf Moor to go temporarily top of the table.

Pogba was also on target for United in their victory over relegation-threatened Fulham in January, netting the Red Devils' second as they came from behind to win 2-1.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rested the Frenchman last time out as Man United ran out 9-0 winners over Southampton.

But the midfielder returned to United's starting XI to face Everton at home.

He was unable to make it to half time though, after pulling up suddenly and immediately gesturing to the bench that he needed to make way.
