A 23-year-old man is in a critical condition after a double stabbing in east London.
Police were called to the incident at around 4.30pm today in Tower Hamlets.
The 23-year-old has been taken to hospital where his condition is life-threatening.
A second victim, believed to be aged in his 20s or 30s, has also been taken to hospital for treatment.
He sustained less serious injuries.
A Metropolitan Police statement says: "An investigation has been launched.
"Officers are working at the scene and cordons are in place."
There has been no arrest in relation to the stabbings at this stage.
