Caroline Flack announced she has a new hosting job lined up on Channel 4's brand new surgery show.
The bombshell, 38, will front The Surjury which will document people getting their dream plastic surgery.
Caroline has honed her presenting style on the sun-drenched set of Love Island.
And now she is broadening her horizons as she will be the face of the new plastic surgery show.
She wrote on Instagram: "Over the Mooooooon to be hosting my first @channel4 show."
The Sujury is advertising for people to take part in the exhilarating new TV project.
In the Channel 4 advert, it promises to make participates "surgical dreams come true" as it offers people life changing cosmetic surgery for free.
All her A-list pals flooded the comments with their congratulations after she announced her big gig.
Ashley James wrote: "Yes yes!!"
Tallia Storm added two fire emojis with the words: "Congrats!!"
Her personal trainer ex Bradley Simmonds commented with two applauding emojis.
Previously, Caroline has set out her feelings about plastic surgery as she compared cosmetic procedures to getting a hair cut or teeth whitening.
The Love Island host insisted she had no judgements when it come to cosmetic enhancements.
She told Celebs Now: "I don’t have any judgements. You get your hair cut or whiten your teeth, so what’s the problem if it makes you feel confident?"
Caroline has a busy schedule ahead of her as she has also signed up to host the new Love Island winter series as well as the usual summer show each year.
