TOWIE's Jess Wright gives birth to first baby and shares adorable snap

Jess Wright has welcomed her first baby.

The former TOWIE star, 36, broke the news on Instagram, where she shared the first photo of her new arrival.

New parents Jess and her husband William Lee-Kemp were seen in the zoomed-in snap holding hands with their baby boy.

"We will hold you hand forever," wrote Jess in the caption alongside the date she gave birth - 17 May 2022.

The announcement was met with a wave of Instagram messages from Jess' famous family and friends.

Mum Carol Wright replied: "My heart is complete, can not tell you how proud I am of you both, it was wonderful to experience the journey love you my baby girl.

"You did amazing, he is beyond beautiful. Happiest grandparents ever now to have two beautiful bubbas to love and cherish for ever."

Jess' younger sister Natalya Wright added: "Our precious boy. The most special week ever. Love you all so much."

While fellow reality star and mum Georgia Kousoulou wrote: "Awww congratulations"

Fellow celebrity mums including Ferne McCann, Kate Thornton and Rachel Stevens also stopped by to send their best wishes to the new parents.

Jess and William announced they were expecting their first child two months after they tied the knot last September.

The star made no secret of the fact she wanted to start trying for a baby as soon as the pair were hitched.

Jess decided to freeze her eggs after her mum Carol and late nanny Pat both went into early menopause at the age of 41.

Speaking to Grazia about the process, Jess said she wanted to take precautions so she'd be able to have a baby if it did.

"I knew it was a symptom so I was really, really panicking myself and spiralling into this ditch of 'I’m going through menopause, or I’m going to start'.

"And then I was worrying if we’re going to be able to have children."

Jess' egg-freezing journey was documented on ITVBe reality show Jess Wright: The Wedding, which also showed her and William preparing for their special day.
