Hollyoaks star David Tag has announced his girlfriend Abi Harrison is pregnant.
The actor, who plays Sylver McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, broke the news on Instagram as he shared a picture of Abis baby bump.
"Some good news came out of 2020," the 35-year-old Manchester native said in the caption.
The accompanying picture showed a shadow of mum-to-be Abi with her arms raised to show off her stomach.
David was quickly inundated with congratulatory messages from his followers and celebrity pals.
Jake Quickenden told the star: "Congrats bro we got this."
Jake is also set to become a first time dad this year after announcing his own happy news with girlfriend Sophie Church in September last year.
Russ Owen actor Stuart Manning, wrote: "No way!! Congratulations brother!! ❤️❤️ woohoo it works."
While David's former co-star Rachel Adedeji shared: "Awwwwww congratulations to you and your mama to be David. Such a wonderful blessing!"
David first joined Hollyoaks in 2016 playing PSCO Rocco.
He then returned to the soap as Sylver McQueen where he has been a regular face since 2018.
Last year he was involved in a huge storyline which culminated in him murdering his serial killer mum Breda.
Sylver let his mum died in a horrific fire after she tried to murder him, his sister and Mercedes McQueen.
He previously spent 19 years in prison for the murder of his adopted father - which was later revealed to be a lie and it was mum Breda who committed the crie.
