Graham Potter is set to quit Swansea City and become Brighton manager.
The Premier League club have agreed compensation with Swansea, which is believed to be more than £2 million, and he has informed Liberty Stadium chiefs he wants to go.
Potter is now holding talks with Brighton bosses over personal terms.
The Swans had offered Potter a bumper new deal in an effort to make him stay, but it appears the lure of the Premier League has proved too much.
Swansea had initially rebuffed an approach from Brighton before they reluctantly granted permission for him to go after a meeting with the 43-year-old on Saturday.
