The Georgia Bulldogs gained a commitment from three-star offensive tackle Jared Wilson Thursday, in the Class of 2021.
Wilson is the No. 495 player in the nation per 247 Sports and No. 19 at the offensive guard position.
In his home state of North Carolina, the West Forsyth offensive tackle ranks No. 28 overall, with offers from Clemson, South Carolina and UNC to name a few.
Though Wilson may not give off the shiny luster of a five-star, he’s a darn good ball player who will obviously improve before his time in Athens.
Signing day may be over a year away for the Class of 2021, Wilson insists his recruitment is 100% closed. Time will tell if the three-star offensive tackle sticks to that decision.
