The three Premier League clubs were joined by Scottish giants Celtic and Rangers in the draw for the last-32 after successfully progressing from their groups.
United and Arsenal are both desperate for silverware as well as a passage back into Champions League football.
Solskjaer's United side will face Club Brugge whilst the Gunners have been drawn against Olympiacos, who were knocked out of Tottenham's group in the Champions League.
Wolves , back in European football for the first time in three decades, will play struggling La Liga side Espanyol.
Celtic and Rangers will face Copenhagen and Braga respectively as they look to progress deep into the competition.
Elsewhere, Ajax will take on Getafe after being eliminated from the Champions League at the group stage just months after reaching the semi-finals.
Serie A leaders Inter Milan, also Champions League casualties, will face Ludogorets with Red Bull Salzburg playing Eintracht Frankfurt and FC Porto facing Bayer Leverkusen.
The first legs of the ties are due to take place on Thursday, February 20 with the unseeded teams at home.
The second legs will then take place at the home of the seeded teams the following week on Thursday, February 27.
Kick-off times for matches will be confirmed at a later date now the draw has been confirmed, being split between 5:55pm and 8pm kick-off times (UK time).
