Two men have been stabbed near a private hospital in broad daylight.
Essex Police and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance rushed to the scene after reports of a man injured close to the Holly Private Hospital this afternoon.
Initial reports were that a man had been injured but as officers swooped they found two men with knife wounds by the private clinic in High Road, Buckhurst Hill, just north east of London, around 3.20pm.
Police are now desperately appealing for information.
A spokesperson for Essex Police told Mirror Online: "We were called to reports of a man injured at an address in High Road, Buckhurst Hill shortly before 3.20pm on Thursday 13 February.
"We attended and found two men injured.
"One man had sustained a stab wound to his leg while the other had cuts.
"They have both been take to hospital for treatment and our enquiries are ongoing."

The Holly Private Hospital said: "We are aware of an incident in the Buckhurst Hill area today. The incident did not take place on the hospital premises or involve any patients at The Holly Private Hospital. No patients attending the hospital were harmed."
Essex and Herts Air Ambulance said: "On 13 February 2020 an Essex & Herts Air Ambulance was tasked to assist EEAST and Police with two male patients in Buckhurst Hill.
"Teams worked together on scene to optimise patient outcome.
"The patients were transferred to the Emergency Department for ongoing treatment."
