The phone network EE is down with hundreds of users experiencing problems this morning.
People have been taking to social media to complain of being unable to make or receive calls.
Others said they couldn't send texts as they asked the network how long the outage would last.
The issue appears to be affecting customers in different parts of the country - including Derby and Merseyside.
One wrote: "No network in derby how long is this going to be down.(sic)"
Another tweeted EE asking: "Is network down in Merseyside area ? Can't call. (sic)"
An account called Annebel's Bakes claimed the same thing happened yesterday.
Users asked for the company to 'sort the issue'.
One customer said: "I don't pay a stupid amount of money for my network to be down!!!"
