EastEnders' Lacey Turner gives birth to second child as she shares baby's gender

Lacey Turner has welcomed her second child into the world with her husband Matt Kay.

The happy married couple confirmed they had a baby boy earlier this week.

Already the lovebirds are the proud parents to their 18-month-old daughter Dusty.

Their son joined their family on 3 February. The bundle of joy weighed just 6lbs.

Lacey and Matt have been "completely besotted" with their newborn as Dusty is "so in love" with her baby brother.

In a statement, Lacey told OK magazine: "Matt and I are so completely besotted with our early surprise and Dusty is so in love with her new baby brother!

"How lucky we all are."

In September, Lacey announced her pregnancy to the world.

Her joyous news come shortly after it was revealed she would be taking a break from her role as Stacey Slater on EastEnders.

Previously, the mother-of-one has had two miscarriages seven weeks into a pregnancy - before she had her daughter Dusty.

She previously told the magazine of her heartache: "It took so long with Dusty... But now they're coming along like buses! After the heartbreak we went through, it's a miracle to fall pregnant so quickly."

Her daughter Dusty arrived in the world in July last year.

Recently, fans went wild when they discovered Lacey's secretly famous sisters.

Her youngest sister Lily Harvey, 21, won a role as Shenice in EastEnders shortly before the actress left in December 2010.

The two sisters never got to act in the show together.

Their other sister Daisy also chased her dreams of being an actress as she landed a job in Hollyoaks the same year Lily joined the cast of EastEnders.
