Breaking: Dumbarton High Street closed

Dumbarton High Street has been closed this afternoon to all vehicles.

West Dunbartonshire Council confirmed on it's Facebook page this afternoon that the main route was shut.

Lomond Bridge to close for nine months

And a section has also been closed to pedestrians on the west side close to the Artizan Centre.

All traffic is diverted via Risk Street and St Mary's Way during the closure which has been made as a precaution due to the weather.
