Disney World's new Skyliner gondola has broken down, reportedly leaving guests stuck in midair.
The ride in Orlando, Florida, only opened for business on September 29.
It is suggested that one cabin jumped the cable leaving riders frightened.
Many guests have taken to twitter to plead with the park to provide some infomation.
They have been criticised for not using the public address system with many only getting details on social media.
One posted: "Hello?! We’ve been trapped in the sky on the Gondolas for an hour with no explanation what’s going on???? #disneyskyliner
Another wrote: "Been stuck on the new #disneyskyliner for an HOUR now this is insane!!! #disney #skyliner they aren’t communicating with us at all about what’s going on".
