A teenager has been stabbed to death on a bus in Croydon.
Police have launched a murder investigation after the boy, believed to be 17, was attacked with a knife in Whitehorse Lane, South Norwood, at 8.30pm on Sunday.
Having suffered multiple injuries, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 9.07pm.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "Enquiries are under way to inform his next of kin."
Part of Whitehorse Lane remains closed. No arrests have been made.
A Section 60 Order has been put in place until 1.10pm on Monday in Selhurt, Thornton Heath, Bensham Manor, South Norwood, Woodside, Addington North and Addington South.

It gives police extra stop and search powers.
The incident comes just weeks after Tyler Roye was found with stab wounds in nearby Stroud Green Way, Croydon.
The 24-year-old died from his injuries in hospital in the early hours of February 27.
Sam Odupitan, 23, of Longheath Gardens in South Norwood, has been charged with murder and two counts of robbery.
