Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham sends Aston Villa into Championship play off final

On-loan Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has sent Aston Villa through into the Championship play off final.

Dean Smith's side will wait to see the outcome of Wednesday evening's match between Derby County and Leeds Unitd in order to find out who they will face on May 27 at Wembley Stadium.

The 21-year-old scored from the spot in the first leg to hand the Villains a vital away goal in a 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.

He then stepped up to fire home the fourth and final penalty in the resulting shootout as the Baggies won the second leg 1-0 at Villa Park.
