Callum Hudson-Odoi has committed his future to Chelsea.
The teenager was linked with a move to Bayern Munich in both the January and summer transfer windows, but the Blues stood firm and rejected several offers from the Bundesliga giants.
Over the summer it became clear that Hudson-Odoi was going to stay in west London, but fans have been waiting for official confirmation.
And that has finally come.
Via the Blues official website and various social media channels, Hudson-Odoi has put an end to speculation regarding his future by signing a five-year contract with the club.
Now the winger can focus on making a return to first-team action after missing the start of the season because of an Achilles injury sustained in the 2-2 draw against Burnley back in April.
He did manage to come through 60 minutes of action for the Chelsea Under-23's last Friday.
Hudson-Odoi proved once again that's he is a level above the Under-23 stage and the simple assist in the first-half for Henry Lawrence was just the cherry on top as he closes in on a first-team return.
It's expected that Hudson-Odoi will now be integrated back into the first team fold having trained with the squad for a few weeks now.
The Blues have a busy schedule of Premier League, Champions League and Carabao Cup football, and Hudson-Odoi should be in contention to feature over the next fortnight.
