A crystal meth lab has been found by police in Salford .
Suspected methamphetamine production has been busted by police in Bolton Road in Pendlebury .
Officers swooped on a property after they were called to a disturbance on the road at around 8pm on March 14.
Police discovered both the equipment and chemicals believed to be used in the production of the class A drug - commonly known as crystal meth.
Both police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene.
A 43-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of the production of class A drugs and remain in custody for questioning.
A police presence remains in the area as specialist officers continue to search the property
Insp Daniel Welch of Greater Manchester Police 's Salford district said: "Specialist officers continue to search the property and recover items used in the suspected production of methamphetamine at the scene.
“Although there is a higher police presence in the area I would like to stress there is no risk to members of the public.
"Our officers are continuing their investigations and ensuring the safety of the community.”
