Breaking Bad's Bob Odenkirk spotted at Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh by stunned local

Hollywood acting legend Bob Odenkirk has left one Edinburgh local lost for words after spotting the Breaking Bad actor whilst out on a stroll up Arthur's Seat.

The Golden Globe-nominated star, 60, posed for a snap with the Scots fan at the Scottish capital's popular walking route, which is described as being "moderately challenging" for budding hikers, as he left the masters student in complete shock.

The 60-year-old American comedian and filmmaker most notably rose to fame portraying Saul Goodman in two critically acclaimed TV shows, Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad.

Masters student and DJ Faisal Sabawi bumped into Bob whilst up Arthur's Seat on Tuesday and told Edinburgh Live: "I kind of freaked out for a bit and after a while I caught up with him and I asked if he was Bob Odenkirk and then we fist bumped and got a picture.

"Initially I didn't even think it was him, I knew he was in Edinburgh.

"It was just the shock of seeing him in front of me because I barely go up Arthur's Seat.

"There are a million places that you can go up on Arthur's Seat but like how did he end up right in front of me?"

Bob was visiting the Scottish capital ahead of his appearance at his show at Usher Hall where he opened up on some secrets that are included in his new book ‘Comedy, Comedy, Comedy, Drama.'

Despite Bob rising to fame for his appearances in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul he is also well known for his legendary series such as The Larry Sanders Show and Saturday Night Live.

The Hollywood actor also collaborated with American filmmaker Steven Spielberg and Golden-Globe nominated actress Greta Gerwig.

The dad-of-two is now due to continue his UK book tour which is to conclude in Newcastle this evening (Wednesday).
