SPOILER ALERT: This blogpost is about the final episode of Breaking Bad (series five, episode 16). If you want to avoid spoilers, don't read on.

So that's it: after five seasons, Breaking Bad has cooked its last. Here's how Twitter responded to last night's series finale, from the funny to the practical to the really quite weird.

The first thing Jesse did when he got away? Sign into Twitter to post his thank yous, obviously.

Among the meth gags, comedian/actor Patton Oswalt was in a similarly grateful mood.

Animator Ward Jenkins posted an exclusive epilogue #Huell #neverforget

Marvel's Gerry Duggan was so serious about spoilers that he went straight to the top.

Ellen DeGeneres mourned its passing... sort of.

Vince Gilligan might wish to stock up on car-boot machine guns, if Conan O'Brien's status is anything to go by.

And Saul Goodman wasn't really paying attention.

Did you spot any more memorable responses to the Breaking Bad finale online?
