Breaking Bad film: New trailer shows us Jesse Pinkman moments after series finale

Breaking Bad fans have got their first look at Jesse Pinkman in the brand new sequel film, which will be released on Netflix in October.

Titled El Camino, the movie will pick up where the series left off. The trailer shows Pinkman (Aaron Paul) listening to a radio news broadcast about the massacre he escaped from in the series finale.

In the clip, he sits in the same car he was last seen driving and hears the newsreader say that police are looking for a man who fled the scene.

The first trailer featured Pinkman’s friend Skinny Pete, who is just one of several Breaking Bad characters making a comeback.

Showrunner Vince Gilligan, who shot the film in secret, returns as writer-director.

Last week, Paul revealed that his former co-star Bryan Cranston used to leave the actor ”devastated” by tricking him into thinking he had been killed off the acclaimed US drama.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad film will be available to stream on Netflix from 11 October.
